Here’s what you can expect during your build.
Customize Your Tiny Home
After you use our Custom House Builder tool to build the tiny house of your dreams, you will receive an email with your selections. This is the beginning of our process. Someone from our team will reach out to you and begin the discussion of bringing your tiny home into reality.
Schedule a Meeting
After scheduling a meeting with a member of our team, either in person or via Zoom, we will get into the nitty gritty details. After we’ve designed your perfect build, we are happy to help guide you with financing.
Follow Along with the Build
We use a program called CoConstruct that allows you to follow along every step of the way. While we get to work building your home we will post updates so you can see how things are going.
Pick Up or Await Delivery
We delivery our homes to anywhere in the continental United States, or we welcome our clients to come and pick up their homes. After triple-checking that everything is perfect, we will organize either a pickup or drop-off with you.
